A birch rocking stand lifts the basket to adult-bed height and gives the slow rocking that settles a baby faster. A light touch of the hand starts it, and the runners let it die away on its own; stoppers hold the basket still when rocking is not wanted. Hand-sanded, with no lacquer or paint. Fits both Standard and Comfort baskets.

The basket holds its own shape — the stand is there for something else. It lifts the baby to adult-bed height and adds what a basket on the floor cannot give: rocking.
The runners are shaped so the basket starts moving at the lightest touch and comes to rest by itself. No bending, no pushing — a hand passed over it is enough. At night that means you do not get up.
The material is solid birch. Wood, not veneer or chipboard: it takes years of daily rocking, does not dry out and carries no smell. Stoppers hold the basket in place so it cannot shift.
Total height of a basket on the stand is 72 cm — the height of most adult beds, so the basket stands flush against yours and you can reach the baby without rising.
Who it is for
The stand is made for our baskets — Standard 70×40 and Comfort 80×40. Both come with one in the complete set; people order it on its own when:
- the basket was bought without a stand and rocking is now wanted
- a second stand would save carrying the basket between floors
- an old stand needs replacing
Care
Wipe with a dry or barely damp cloth. Do not wash it or stand it against a radiator: solid wood dislikes both damp and dry heat.

Will it fit my basket?
It fits ours: Standard 70 × 40 and Comfort 80 × 40 both sit on it the same way, giving 72 cm overall. For another maker's basket, send us the base dimensions and we will tell you whether it will sit.
Does it come with the basket?
Yes. Buying a basket as a complete set means the stand is already included, along with the mattress, pendant and packaging.
Is it stable? Could the basket tip?
The basket is fixed to the stand with stoppers, and the runners are shaped so the rocking dies away on its own. A push does not build up momentum — the basket returns to rest.
Can the basket be used without a stand?
It can: it holds its shape and stands on any level surface. Without the stand you lose two things — the rocking, and the 72 cm height that lets it stand flush against an adult bed.
