Plush Baby Blankets and Going-Home Wraps
The plush going-home wrap is bought ahead of time, usually before the birth: the baby travels home from hospital in it, and afterwards it stays in use as a blanket.
A wrap that unzips into a flat blanket
Two-way zips open all the way, so the wrap lays out into a single flat piece — good to sleep on at home, or to spread over the baby in a pram. The hypoallergenic filling suits weather from +5 to +10 °C — our own guidance, not a TOG rating — which in practice means spring and autumn; in winter it goes over a warm suit rather than instead of one.
Plush is soft to the touch and does not build up static, so the baby’s hair stays down when you lift them out.
Four neutral colours
The shades were picked to suit either a boy or a girl. Wraps are often ordered while the sex is still unsaid, or kept as a surprise until the day itself.
What about a plush baby blanket on its own?
The 80×60 cm padded plush blanket comes as part of the bedding set and is sewn to match the print you choose. If you need a separate blanket, or a larger one, write to us: we sew them in the same shades as the wraps.
Caring for plush
Wash at 30° on a delicate cycle, without bleach or fabric softener — softener mats the pile into clumps. Dry it flat rather than on a radiator. Plush needs no ironing at all: the pile lifts on its own once dry, and a shake is enough.
