Both numbers are below, along with payment methods and what you should know about international parcels.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long it takes<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Production \u2014 14 working days.<\/strong><br\/>For pieces made to individual specifications (your dimensions, your cord colour, engraving), the clock starts the day we\u2019ve agreed all the details with you.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delivery \u2014 according to the carrier\u2019s schedule<\/strong>, typically from one day within Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Total<\/strong> = production + delivery. We show these separately on purpose: a carrier\u2019s &#8220;three days&#8221; means three days from the moment the parcel is already moving, not from your order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In any case, we hand the piece to the carrier <strong>no later than thirty days<\/strong> from the day the order is placed.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery within Ukraine<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We deliver to <strong>any town or village in Ukraine<\/strong> served by the chosen carrier.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nova Poshta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to a branch;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to a parcel locker;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by courier to your address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ukrposhta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to a branch;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by courier to your address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Meest Express<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to a branch;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by courier to your address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You choose the delivery method in the order form.<\/strong> The \u201cDelivery method\u201d field holds the carrier and the format (branch, parcel locker or courier), and the branch or locker number \u2014 or the full address for a courier \u2014 goes in the \u201cDelivery and order notes\u201d field: that one is required.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery cost is calculated at the carrier\u2019s current tariffs and paid on collection. We don\u2019t add a margin on shipping.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Photo ID is required to collect a prepaid parcel, and only the person the delivery is addressed to can collect it.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International delivery<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ship abroad \u2014 to the following countries: European Union countries, the United Kingdom, the USA and Canada.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Timing depends on the carrier and on customs procedures in the destination country, and is usually considerably longer than domestic delivery. We\u2019ll confirm the exact time and cost before you order \u2014 write to us if you need delivery outside Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customs duties, fees and taxes in the destination country are paid by the recipient.<\/strong> We don\u2019t control other countries&#8217; customs procedures and can neither predict the amount nor reimburse it. It\u2019s worth checking your country\u2019s import rules before ordering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cash on delivery is not available internationally.<\/strong> International orders are paid in advance \u2014 by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Instalments and payment by invoice are also Ukraine-only:<\/strong> these are products of Ukrainian banks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment methods<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Online payment goes through the <strong>WayForPay<\/strong> service. You enter your card details on its secure page \u2014 we never see or store them.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Card<\/strong><br\/>Visa, Mastercard or PROSTIR. The order goes into production as soon as payment succeeds.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apple Pay and Google Pay<\/strong><br\/>If your card is already in your wallet, it\u2019s a single tap \u2014 no card number to type.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment in instalments \u2014 0% instalments from Monobank<\/strong><br\/>You can split the amount into several payments right on the payment page. The number of instalments and the bank are chosen there; the available options depend on your card.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payment by invoice<\/strong><br\/>If you\u2019d rather not pay by card online: the service generates an invoice, which you pay at any Ukrainian bank branch. The piece goes into production once the funds arrive \u2014 how long that takes depends on your bank.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cash on delivery<\/strong><br\/>Payment on collection at the carrier\u2019s branch. This is a carrier service rather than a payment service, so it\u2019s available <strong>within Ukraine only<\/strong>. The money-transfer fee is paid by the recipient at the carrier\u2019s tariffs.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll see the exact set of methods on the payment page \u2014 it depends on the service settings at the time of payment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For pieces made to individual specifications we may ask for an advance payment; the amount is agreed with you before work begins.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Currency<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All settlement is <strong>in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH)<\/strong>. Prices on the site include all taxes and mandatory charges; delivery cost is not included in the price of the piece and is calculated separately.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the site displays a price in another currency, that\u2019s an indicative conversion. The amount charged is determined in UAH, and the conversion rate and any fees are set by your bank.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If the parcel arrives damaged<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspect the parcel <strong>on collection, while you\u2019re still at the branch<\/strong> \u2014 these are the two most important minutes of the whole process.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the box is crushed or torn, or the piece inside is damaged:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ask the carrier\u2019s representative to draw up a damage report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photograph the packaging and the piece.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write to us the same day at legal@babywood.shop or call +380 (63) 180-38-79.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With that report the matter is settled quickly. Without it, working out at which stage the damage happened takes a long time for everyone.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If the piece isn\u2019t right<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have <strong>fourteen days<\/strong> from receipt to return any piece, including one made to your specifications.
